    • Awarded Best Swimmer Trophy at Provincial Champs 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994
    • Won the 100m and 200m Freestyle at the 1993 South African Long Course Championships
    • Won the 100m, 200m and 400m Freestyle at the 1993 South African Short Course Championships and established South African Records in these events
    • Captain of the Transvaal Provincial Swimming Team. 1995 and 1996
    • Won the 100m Freestyle at the 1996 South African Long Course Championships 50.95
    • Held the South African Record in the 100m Freestyle from 1996 – 1997 50.95
    • Received Championships Sportsmanship Award at the South African Swimming Championships. 1996

    • Won the 400m Freestyle at the 1994 South African Short Course Championships 3.54.56
    • Won the 100m Freestyle at the 1995 South African Short Course Championships 50.45

    • 2005 - 2006 Broke three South African Masters records in the 50m and 100m Free (Short Course) and the 100m Free (Long Course).
    • 2006 – 2007 Was a member of the 8Mile Charity team which swam all eight miles over the Midmar Mile weekend to raise money for charity.
